The Vehicle Designers Review It is a great privilege to write the foreword for the first edition of the Vehicle Designers Review. I think it is fair to say that as car designers, we have always looked to the new design publications that were available at the time in printed form. They were a reference for us to see how things were done and to get the design story of the latest cars. But now we find ourselves in the ever- important digital age, and our attention turns to the internet and design websites when searching for information, news, and references. Design is the most important sales factor in the automotive world today. Design communicates the values of the brand and the product in a very emotional way. Designers are creative people, never standing still and always looking to improve. We always strive for the next new exciting development. I am convinced that the Vehicle Designers Review will fulfil our needs and provide us with a focused and excellent industry tool that supplies us all with objective reviews and an intriguing insight into our design world. I wish Vehicle Designers Review a successful launch.
