SFI began screening applicants online, and with the 24/ 7 availability of the process, quickly realized a tremendous increase in applications. In addition to screening and training, SFI has implemented technology into several other programs and processes, such as the Truth Report, an electronic- based measurement tool that is used to report an employee's performance in a factual, objective manner rather than relying on a subjective, descriptive way of interpreting service levels. It measures training frequency, job proficiency, employee retention, cost containment and other key performance indicators that differ from client to client.
