Regular updating training is carried out and all staff are trained to use the Woodley Equipment Customer Service Database system. Servicing and Preventative Maintenance Woodley recommends that your equipment be serviced regularly to maintain performance, precision, accuracy and efficiency. Our competitive prices include shipping and handling, decontamination, serviceable parts, extensive functionality tests, safety checks and final calibration. On completion you will receive a full Performance Verification Report and calibration certificate. However should anything other than serviceable parts be required you will be contacted with a full quotation sent to you for agreement prior to any work being carried out. Upon completion of the work our engineers will provide a detailed service report package, including a full and detailed report and a certificate of calibration. To ensure your equipment is regularly maintained, we will store all your surgery's service details on our database and automatically generate and provide annual service reminders. We will also keep record of all your calibrations for your future reference. If you would like a quotation for servicing, or calibration simply contact us with your medical servicing requirements, and we will then contact you with a competitive quotation.
